Discounts offered to established guests.
Bed linen, towels, electricity and logs for the wood burning stove included.
A deposit of £150 is payable to confirm a booking and is retained as a security deposit.
Rent payable in full 6 weeks before arrival.
Deposit returned within 1 week after departure less any deduction for loss, damage and/or extra cleaning costs.
Saturday is the normal changeover day.
Other changeover days and short breaks (minimum 3 nights) may be available outside peak periods.
